Born in Croatia, Mirna Krešić chose to live in France.

Winning a scholarship from the French government in 1984 opened the doors of the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, having studied a diploma in the same field in Zagreb.

Since 1986, the artist has lived in the City of Lights, where she works in the pictorial medium, employing oil on canvas and sometimes Indian ink. “
